This award recognizes the importance of mobile in reinforcing brand awareness and engaging consumers in a personal and targeted way. It looks at how mobile is being used effectively to create successful campaigns and produce branded content in its own right. Judges will look for creativity of approach and use of mobile-specific capabilities in campaigns that are either stand-alone for the mobile medium, or part of a larger cross-platform holistic campaign including:
- Creativity and best use of the mobile platform
- Consumer engagement
- Increased brand awareness & propensity to make a purchase
- Clickthroughs and conversions (for direct response campaigns)
- M-Commerce solutions
- Proof of increase in CRM & consumer loyalty
