Best Brand on Mobile

Consumers are increasingly using their mobile devices to engage with brands, enjoy new content and make purchases. As a result, many brands and retailers are embracing mobile and building dedicated strategies for the mobile platform.

This category applauds ‘non-mobile’ companies (e.g. brands, publishers, retailers and financial institutions) who are leveraging the unique attributes of the mobile device to drive customer acquisition, retention and conversion. Entries may be stand-alone (apps, mobile websites, specific services such as couponing) or capture a more holistic approach. Judges will give particular focus to:
  

  • Creativity and innovation
  • Effectiveness of brand presence on the mobile device
  • Consumer engagement and experience
  • Increased brand awareness (with statistical evidence of customer acquisition)
  • Proof of CRM and consumer loyalty
  • Viralness
  • Sustainable business model
     

Who should enter: Non-mobile companies (e.g. brands, agencies, retailers, publishers, financial institutions) who in the past 12 months have developed their presence in mobile, either for the first time or in a substantially different and more effective way than previously. Please note: companies must enter a specific project or campaign (app, mobile website, service or campaign)
